About us
Univerz Invest Zrt. offers a special service for companies issuing shares and bonds on the Budapest Stock Exchange, which is a novelty in the Hungarian market.
We offer our outsourced IR – Investor Relations Management service in the national market.
- Péter Schuszter: has held various management positions in insurance companies, fund managers and securities trading companies since 1993. Along with several projects, he took part in the work of the first Board of Directors elected during the transformation of the Budapest Stock Exchange into a public limited company.
- Tivadar Zakár: Since 1997, he has been a lecturer in investment studies and company valuation at a number of universities in Hungary, and later gained decades of practical experience in brokerage firms and fund management.
We have decades of experience in the capital market. We both have been involved in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of several companies and in a number of capital market transactions.
